Download Links & Order History

Download Links:

Once you place your order, you can access your download links and order history from your My Account area.  Click the Downloads link to take you to a list of files that you have ordered.

Order History:

The Orders link will direct you to your order history.  You can also check the status of your order.  

Order Status Descriptions:

  • Processed or Completed means the order has been paid.  
  • Failed means there was a problem authorizing your payment and it was not processed.  You have not been charged and you should try again.  
  • Open may mean that you've used a form of payment that is not immediate, such as an eCheck at PayPal.  You will have to wait until your eCheck clears.  Alternatively, you can cancel your order and try again with an immediate form of payment (credit card, debit card, or PayPal balance).  To cancel an order, please open a ticket in the Help Desk.
