Order Status Descriptions:
- Processed or Completed means the order has been paid.
- Failed means there was a problem authorizing your payment and it was not processed. You have not been charged and you should try again.
- Open may mean that you've used a form of payment that is not immediate, such as an eCheck at PayPal. You will have to wait until your eCheck clears. Alternatively, you can cancel your order and try again with an immediate form of payment (credit card, debit card, or PayPal balance). To cancel an order, please open a ticket in the Help Desk.
